The new boy
There's a cute new boy at home. He's got a lovely personality and eyes to match. He's fat.
Folks, meet Brock.

He is about a year old and was found wandering around. He's fairly large.

Brock was going to be put down, so am homing him temporarily until he can get adopted. Nookie would be proud.
He is a needy cat. He really wants attention and will hop up onto your lap for cuddles and he will knead you oh so gently when he is happy and purring.
He however has a problem with yowling at night.
He was yowling his heart out and banging on the door until I came out and he promptly snuggled up and went to sleep with me.
Any suggestions to dissuade him? I suspect he's used to wandering out in the yard and yowling is his way of getting his human to open the door but its not going to work with so many cars and stuff out there.
Might buy a collar and leash and see how he deals with walkies tomorrow.
Squeaky has also been getting dirty: Check out what gene drew on Squeaky. Will have to bring squeaky to car wash before I go for my driving test next week.

Erm, [sniff] looks like Brock's "catanality" is chalk to my cheese. He's so neeeeeedy!! [Good lookin' boy though!] I prefer to do the cat thing and show humans I can do very well on my own, thank you. Re: Leash and collar. Dear Nat, what were you thinking - that we moggies are like those fawning dogs? Leashes don't work. Trust me. We. Cats. Don't. Get. It.
