Nov 06
What a difference a year or two makes.
Happy anniversary G.
Nov 6 2005
It is also... yes... my Birthday.
Yep, we did it all on the same day.
I guess this way my husband has no choice but to remember the date.
Thank you to everyone who sent me mesgs today. Truly I am surprised and touched that people remember and care enough. Thanks everyone.
Am really like... wow... okay, words are failing me... and considering my profession, that says a lot.
And this was last year in Rochester. From left, Rachel, Tow Shung and me - three of us all share the same birthday. Yup, Nov 6.
What are the chances that a small group of expat Singaporeans and Malaysians in a small mid-west town would share the same birthday right?

It's quite different this year. :)
Had an MRI this morning at SGH. It was actually not claustrophobic at all despite G's fearsome stories of his own scan. And I almost fell asleep in the machine despite the loud sounds and thrumming. (they are checking out my cervical spine to see if they can see whether they can spot where a nerve is being pinched)
But this year, my thoughts are with Tow Shung. He was one of the boys we had over for dinners, went to do silly things and had huge makans with when we were there.
Unfortunately, YS was diagnosed with the big C just a few weeks ago. He was an Oncology resident at the Mayo Clinic - now he's trying to get well - and all my thoughts and hugs are with him today.
We're checking his updates on his site.
happy birthday, nat!
hugs,
TK and Kristin
