Incredibly bad electronic luck

Okay, we've been having a spate of really bad luck with electronica. Well, to be specific, Gene's had a really bad spate where everything he touches breaks down - PDAs, Phones, Cars... he even pressed the lift button, and it stopped working.

It's kinda rubbed off on me, and my mobile phone bloody went on the blink. Had to wait hours at the service centre, only to be told that i'd have to wait hours again when I came back the next day to collect it. Geez.... but the upshot of it all is that my phone has lost all my numbers. Its back to factory settings. Sheesh. So if you read this and you wnat to send me your mobile number, mesg me k?

It also brought into focus how bloody dependent i am on the object. (which is why G is suffering loads right now - his PDA phone thing has been on the blink for 2 weeks)

Apart from that, with the combination of dad's diagnosis of a dodgy heart, work and sheer laziness, I haven't exercised for yonks and am getting fat. Seriously, have missed a month of kick boxzing and i suspect I may not go back.

Ah well... still continuing with the physiotherapy... so does that count? hurhur

Will prob need a liposuction soon.

The good bit is that dad's thing meant that family flew back from the world over, the bad thing is that the risk factors for surgery for him are waaaay high. We're still dealing with it.

The wonderful thing is that I probably will have his genes for uber high cholesterol. Heart attack here I come, and of course, as I get older, the mortality of life is finally beginning to sink in.

Ok ok, enough with the sad stuff
the good bits in the last few weeks:
Arlina and TS got married - told them that they need a new addition quickly so they can be AT&T.
Wy - one of my bestest friends from keryonks ago - is back for hols
Mark aka barts, another friend from years ago in Normanton Park, he taught this very un-cordinated person how to play tennis - er, i use "play" very loosely here since through no fault of his, I suck at the game. I refuse to run after balls... if anything they should be running after me right? right? Hahahha. Ok ok, corny.

Oops, back to work, post again soon
