On a rainy Sunday
Sunday, rainy Sunday.
The rain is so heavy you can hardly see through the curtain of water sloshing down from the heavens. Yup, one of those oh-so-sticky days. The humidity has gone through the roof with the rain, so I'm grumpily blogging in an air-conditioned capsule hoping the mugginess will dissipate.
I signed the hand over documents yesterday so officially I am a tenant at my new place, I should be moving stuff today but am totally zapped by this damned cough/flu crap. Trying to cough up the gunk in my lungs isn't fun at all.
BUT I did get this linctus from the docs... and it knocks me out! So that is brilliant!
The aunts are here today and playing a rather noisy round of mah jong, despite ensconcing self in air-conditioned room. Am going to look for an exit strategy tout suite...
